Our coffee obsession started with a little curiosity that lead to a profound understanding and love for the delicious cup we enjoy every morning. Like most coffee drinkers we enjoyed our cup sweetened with cream, sugar, or syrups. However, when your palette is introduced to the unique flavors specialty coffee has to offer, you no longer want to mask those flavors. Drinking coffee black sounds intimidating to some, but the flavorful notes such as fruit, nuts, and chocolate will amaze your taste buds. Where the coffee plant was grown and harvesting of the cherries, to how the beans were processed and then carefully roasted will make your final brewing method a success.  The outcome is pure caffeinated pleasure.  It was that very first taste of "specialty coffee" that led us to begin Pink Tie Coffee Company.  We hope to pay it forward by sharing our passion with you.

At Pink Tie Coffee we believe that coffee is the most enjoyable at its peak freshness.  Our beans are roasted to order to ensure the best quality.  Freshly roasted coffee beans are ready to be brewed three days after roasting and up to two weeks for maximum flavor. As time goes on the beans slowly loose their unique flavor notes. The next time you go to the store check out the "best by date" on your selection; it could be up to two years from the actual roast date.
